How much notice is needed to carry out a leaflet campaign?

Once your order is placed with us and we’ve received or collected your leaflets, distribution can usually start within 7 days.

How will I know my leaflets have been completed?

All of our distributors are GPS tracked and monitored. This allows us to respond and control situations that may arise during distribution. We’re happy to provide you with this data should you require it.

What are the typical response rates?

Response rates are a really tricky thing to predict. It will all depend on the design of your leaflet, seasonal trends and the product or service you are marketing. The Direct Marketing Association’s latest research into leaflet campaigns show that 48% of people have visited a store, bought a product or made further enquiries as a result of leaflets. 79% of people keep, pass on, read or glance at leaflets delivered through the door.

What can I have distributed?

All items must conform to the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion, which can be viewed on the Advertising Standards Authority website. All items must also conform to the British postal regulations currently in force. In the interests of customer safety, we won’t deliver toxic items or nuts and also reserve the right to refuse any items that we feel are inappropriate for unaddressed delivery (for example content unsuitable for children).

Who distributes the leaflets?

We have a network of mainly full time distributors who carry out all of our leaflet distribution. Most of our distributors have been working for us for over 12 months now, staff retention is a really important issue for us. We think the best staff are those that are experienced and dedicated to the job.
